where is your salon located?

I’m located in east Asheville, North Carolina. Once you’re officially booked, I will send the address.

What is your cancellation policy?

48 hours notice is required for all cancellations. No-shows without any advance notice will be required to pay in full for the missed appointment before booking a new one.

DO NOT arrive to your appointment if you’re sick! Clients who arrive while currently exhibiting fevers, cough, nausea, body ached, etc. will be asked to leave and will have to pay for their appointment in full before booking their next.

what should i do if i am running late?

Let me know ASAP, and please understand I operate on an extremely tight appointment windows. I allow a 5 minute grace period, after which I will have to cancel your appointment and you will be required to pay in full for the missed appointment before booking your next.

what forms of payment do you accept?

Cash and plastic are both accepted.

Do you offer price adjustments or refunds?

I do not offer refunds.

Do you allow children in your salon?

No, children are not allowed. As a mother of two boys. I say that lovingly and understand both the constraints of child care and that sometimes life just happens. My salon is not big enough to accommodate children, and the presence of chemical products required to complete my services presents a risk I am not comfortable with.

How long have you been doing Nails? Are you licensed?

I’m a licensed nail technician who, as of 2024, has been practicing or 30 years and counting!

How do i book appointments?

Please fill out the appointment request form on the “Contact” page if you are a new client. Returning clients may text me at 828-712-6610. I do not accept appointment requests via comment or direct message on any social media platform.

Note: a $50 non- refundable retainer is required upfront at time of booking to guarantee your appointment. No appointments will be confirmed until retainer is paid in full. The full value of the retainer will be applied to your service once its complete.

do you take walk ins?

No, all appointments require advance booking.

How soon can new clients get on your books?

New clients should expect their first appointment approximately two months out.

Do you offer standing appointments?

Yes! I encourage clients to book standing appointments to stay on top of their nail care regimen, and to ensure they stay on my books amidst high demand. I also ADORE my clients- they’re like friends and family to me! The more time together, the better.

how should my nails be when i show up for my first appointment?

Please come with your nails ‘naked’ and free of any product.

Should i clip my nails before my appointment?

No, please do not clip either your fingernails or toenails.

can i bring my own polish or nail enhancements?

No. I’m very particular about which products I use in effort to eliminate exposing my clients to any allergens or unknown additives. While yours may be safe, I ask that you leave your own polish, enhancements, etc at home.

How often will i need to replace or repair my acrylic or hard gel nails?

You should have your nails rebalanced every two to three weeks. Any longer would put your nails as risk of breakage or damaging accidents. Should you break your enhancement prior to your next appointment time, contact me and I will fix it.

can i easily come in to have gel polish safely removed?

If i applied it, I ENCOURAGE you to let me remove the polish for you! Even if you’re taking a break from regular appointments I am happy to do this for you free of charge.
